Pendragon Fund Sicav-SIF S.C.A. is a Luxembourg Specialized Investment Fund regulated by the CSSF launched in 2011 and active in the selection, purchase, restructuring, management and resale of properties.

The management has a longstanding experience in the Real Estate Field and has carried out several transactions across Europe with a focus on Italy, France, Spain and the UK.

Andrea Tirelli

Chairman of the board of Directors

Andrea holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics and Business. He has gathered 32 years experience in the financial industry, mainly as trader and portfolio manager in senior executive positions in brokerage and asset management firms in Italy and Switzerland. Over the years he founded and run several successful asset managers, brokerage firms and a Luxembourg based UCITS and SIF Funds. He has also advised corporations on corporate finance transactions and provided business consultancy. In 2011 he founded Pendragon Sicav SIF Real Estate Fund.

Cristian Caruso

Member of the board of Directors

Cristian has extensive experience in Wealth Management and Investment Banking. He was employed by the bank UBS for 8 years in Switzerland and in London. He subsequently worked as an Investment Advisor and Portfolio Manager for a Swiss Financial Intermediary and then in 2011 co-founded a successful FCA regulated Asset Manager in London, which he sold in 2016. Cristian holds the following diplomas, degree and master: the UBS Wealth Management Diploma, the ”Investment management certificate” (IMC) awarded by the CFA society of the UK, whose he is also a member, a Foundation Degree in Financial Services from a UK University and he succeeded the Master curriculum of Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA). In 2016 he joined Pendragon Sicav SIF Real Estate Fund as partner.

Development of Pendragon

Raffaele holds a Bachelor degree in Architecture and he is member of the register body of the architects of Milan. For several years he has been taking care of the development and management of real estate projects taking care of different phases of the project.

Francesca Tirelli

Corporate law

She oversees the drafting of contracts with the suppliers and to liaise with the Tax authorities in France, Italy, Switzerland and Luxembourg. She also liaises with the external HR consultants to draft the work contracts and to produce the payrolls.

Francesca holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Milan with major in corporate law.

Arch. Ivan Zampieri

Marketing

Ivan holds a degree in Architecture. Since more than 15 years he oversees the development and management of real estate projects, taking care of all the phases of the project.

He joined the Pendragon team in 2012.

Daniela Oggioni

Accounting & Controlling

Graduated in IGEA accounting, with a master in tax accounting and swiss canton accounting diploma.

Twenty years of experience in administration in the tourism field, managing the accounting departments of hotels and tour operators.

She is in charge of accounting and controlling for the italian and swiss entities.

Edoardo Riva

Construction sector

Graduated in Economics and Management at University of Milan. He previously obtained a diploma in “construction, environment and territory” and carried out jobs in the construction sector.

Antonio Pinna

Antonio Pinna

Treasurer & Local coordinator

Graduated in Political Science and Administration. Since 2005 he has been active as operations and finance manager for various resorts and hotels taking care of the cost control and the management of human resources and processes. He joined the Pendragon team in 2021 as a treasurer and local coordinator for the properties in Sardinia.

Maintenance

Francesco oversees the maintenance of the properties in Sardinia. He has knowledge of plumbing, electric and has worked for several years as carpenter for a construction company.

Ornella Spagnolo

Ornella Spagnolo

Accountant

Ornella has twenty years of experience in the administrative sector, especially in the accounting and tax field, gained in accountancy and tax consultancy firms. She holds a chartered accountant diploma.

She deals with the accounting records of the fund Italian entities with particular focus on the properties in Sardinia.

Graziella Muretti

Housekeeping

Graziella has a longstanding experience as housekeeper gained in various hotels and resorts over the year. She coordinates the cleaning of the properties in Sardinia.
